Refund/Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if have any problems with any items purchased from Eaton Sapphires and we will do our best to make it right. Custom/personalized items can not be returned/refunded.

Fulfillment/shipping policy

This year all spirit wear is on a pre-order basis. We will give a set date orders are due and once that order window closes, we will work with our vendors to get items ordered. All spirit wear will be delivered to your student during school hours, unless otherwise noted on the order. If you have any questions about your order or our delivery process, please contact us.
